    I live in Canada and we don't really have 'kebabs' but I always see you folks posting about them.


    Please explain a proper kebab and how one picks the tastiest kebab

    Syrian ones are the best imo. Are you talking about buying the finished product or buying raw meat on a stick to grill yourself? It'll never get the same taste if you're cooking it yourself (need certain wood/heat/etc to get the desired taste).
