Friend is SET on buying an RS account.

I've told him the risks and he is willing go for it. So I'm trying to help him out with it.
I thought he wanted just a max account so I linked him to some sellers on here with staking accounts. Turns out he wants a few other things such as 99 slayer and some pets.

He linked me to an account that's sold on accountwarehouse (personally had never heard of them before now). Anyway through some detective work I've found the account his looking at on the RuneScape Hiscores, I've also looked it up on crystalmath labs and it has gained a considerable amount of XP in the last week. I would have assumed an account on here would be inactive being for sale.

Should I tell him to plain outright avoid it?

 

Buying accounts is always a risk. A lot of people on here, including people who sell accounts advise against it. Accountwarehouse is a big account resale site, and they also have a sythe account. I am not sure how active they respond to questions on Sythe, but you might be able to contact them and maybe they can answer some of your questions. I will say it does seem sketchy that the account has gained a lot of xp as you said, so advise your friend to be cautious.

@Divine also owns an account resale site and he might be able to give you some better insight on this as well.

 

Accountwarehouse or acckings.com(my own site) would both be secure to purchase from.

We are direct competition - I'm not going to toot my own horn here so I'll just leave it at that. Tell your friend to research who has the best policies and I'm sure he'll make the right choice.

 

Accountwarehouse along with many others resell accounts so only thing seller can do is expect the original owner won't recover them, they might refund you but the items on account will be gone.(There are whole scammer communities which collect accounts to sell to these sites) Would suggest buying from trusted oo if u want safety

 

Agree with the above, don't use resellers. To be safe go with someone highly trusted and is OO.

 

Don't buy accounts from re sellers.

You have no information of the OO most of the time and there's been cases of websites like acckings selling an account that's already been banned, and then refusing to refund the purchase amount

I wouldn't trust anyone with runescape accounts on Sythe. If you do, please vet them very thoroughly. The best (and very expensive way) to do this would be to create your own account and secure it, then to pay people to level the skills for you.

 

Alright, so in my opinion, I would never feel comfortable buying any RS account from anybody ever. The reason behind that is it will never truly be your very very own account because you won't be the original owner and the original owner can always have access over anyone else when it comes to recovering the account for ownership. Long story short, you could play an account you bought for 5 years and then lose it - this isn't something I would ever ever feel comfortable taking a risk on and that's just the bottom line.

No matter who you deal with, facts are facts, you can try to make yourself feel as most comfortable as you can by dealing with someone who's an original owner who is also extremely trusted in the community - things can happen to anybody though.

 

Careful buying a second hand account, best is to buy an acc which is 1st hand ( no email set, 1 previous owner who made it with the sole purpose of making money) That way your insurance is the seller's reputation. For example we sell many hand trained pures and can back this up by over 700k in revenue in 2018.

 

700k a year???? That’s mind boggling. I’ve tried every money making method I could find/think of invested thousands of dollars and still can’t profit from runescape. U gotta teach me man even 100k a year will make my life pure heaven bro. I’ve had money before from other things such as mobile apps I know a thing or two.

Btw I live in USA and 100k is enough not some kind of Chinese where they live off $3 a year.

 

Revenue =/= profit. Keep that in mind

 

I'm sure that the person you're responding to runs a whole company, the $700,000 a year is not just one person who profited
$700,000 it's the whole revenue that ran through the company for the whole year.

 

15-20 employees average, a lot of advertising expenses etc. But in return the clients gets a guarantee of no recovery, because we will not put all that on the line to for a 100-400$ account.

2012, i was reselling accounts, some were from someone, didnt know the origin, the guy who was selling me the accounts is is a multi millionaire now btw, i got banned for that, reinstated 5years later or something, was a staker and did a few hundred thousand in revenue and hired 8 people to stake and train accounts for me in the mean time. Then came back on sythe, hired up to 25 people at one point to train accounts for me. in 2012 the accounts i sold were 2nd hand or botted, now i hire the people to train them, can you see any threads? aparts from scammers? I can not, and we sold over 1400accounts now, so if they were issues, you should have found atleast 500-600, or 5-10? 1 can get us introuble? 0

 

buying accounts is never 100% safe and although large websites are trusted they are not the OO of the accounts they are selling so there is always a risk.

buy it from someone who farms account. most of the time, if u buy an account that's fully developed, the recovery will be inevitable. people who farm accounts don't care enough about that is it is their fulltime job.

I should clarify. I would trust buying an account from divica or somebody of the likes for a 99/99/99 staking account made by them with the sole purpose of selling it and no email attached

 

E-mail attached makes absolutely no difference as in 99% of cases you wont be able to recover account yourself, original owner's assistance is almost always neccessary.

 

There should be a sticky for that, way too many people believe this nonsense
