Hello guy's! Basically i'm offering a free 30 day meal plan for anyone who would like to try and better themselves in health and fitness. Its a large file which has 30 breakfast / 30 lunch / 30 Dinner , all of which are extremely healthy meal ideas with pictures that you can follow. This meal plan is planned , created and tested by myself and used by approximately 100 - 150 people ( give or take ). I have 4 years experience within the fitness industry and more specifically as a personal trainer.
