I botted without the proxy server, then appealed with it. No aparent reason why I gave you that one, i'll add a link for free proxies.

I think that when your appeal was denied that you weren't allowed another appeal. Is anything that says:

"You have recently attempted to appeal this offence and your appeal was denied. You may make futher attempts to appeal this offence in the future, however, you cannot appeal now, because we enforce a delay between appeal attempts for account security reasons.

This is used as a security feature, and stops hijacked accounts from having all of their appeal attempts used up before the account can be recovered.

This does not affect your ability to appeal other offences on your account."
