Forum Leaders page updated

I have made a minor query adjustment to the forum leaders page to no longer fetch and display redundant information about sectional moderators multiple times. It should now load much faster than it used to and still give users all the information they need about our staff.

Could you add a button that extends the sectional section to show which sections they represent? I like how you can now just easily count and see the sectional mods, just I want to also be able to see who represents what section too.

Why'd you remove the Forums section from the sectional moderators category?
