Sad thing is, that's not too far from me. There's a lot of bad here.

1. He's dead, because of a more than likely drunken idiot.
2. He was FOUR years old.
3. He was in CHURCH.
4. etc etc

I'd be fucking pissed yes, but I wouldn't have the animalistic desire to get "justice" by having some random kid to sit in a jail cell for a few years, because how the fuck will that change anything? The person who's dead is already dead. Like I said, it was a fucking accident, the kid who shot the bullet didn't have any intentions of killing anyone and doesn't even know he killed anyone.

horrible, if the person was using there own gun(not stolen or anything) i think the bullet can be traced to the gun

Any murder that isn't documented, is expected to not happen. Though the possibility isn't always ruled out.

What will happen is, since it's illegal to fire a weapon in public, he will receive his punishment. Nobody could predict this accident. It DOES suck, but with a half decent lawyer, he can not get in trouble for this incident.

 

but in the way you said it, you made it seem like it was no big deal and that it doesn't really matter. Sure putting a kid that shot a gun and accidentally killing someone in jail for his life won't do anything, but some sort of justice should be served for the family that lost a child at such a young age.

 

I still laugh at this.

Oh well, the parents can always make another child.
