So I was just in the bathroom and my GF yells FIRE and theres a fire started from an electrical outlet behind my mini fridge. Took us what seemed like forever to get out, after throwing water, then franticly running to the power box and shutting off the power. I was scared cus we were breathing in smoke and it kept showing flames.

Marijuana smoke, this was smoke from burning plastic.

It was a power strip, that the end was flames. So my gf grabbed water, tried doing that was the first thing to come to mind. Then I figured to cut the power.

Yea, well she threw water on it, and I was like OMG and apparently they don't have a fire extinguisher here. I tried to pull the cords out but that didn't work so I figured I'd run to the fuse box and cut the power.
Yes, plus our cat, we have alot of cleaning to do though lol.
Oh and it wasn't fun I was panicking.
Sue them for improper fire practise material.
I told my gf they should sue the landlord for the outlets being shit and not providing a fire extinguisher and or fire alarms.

I figured that out like a few minutes after the water wasn't working. You know how close the mini-fridge is to my bed and we were running from there to the sink lol.
