This isn't a community repayment request by the looks of things as judging from that report you're still owed the $285 that was refunded at the time. The money was sent to community repayment where it's been held for you until you came back to request it (as it looks like you were inactive for a while around the time the refund took place). I contacted @video so you should expect to hear from him soon with the money you're still owed.
