Explanation of the trade: Paid him the 745m collected from Montoya after being refunded for a service by SYI. The trade was for 83-99 agility via rooftops, including 88-99 runecrafting via blood runes only.
How they scammed: Ban evading, and refusing to refund me because I changed the password after finding out he got banned on Sythe and was a ban evader. I asked for a refund before changing password, and after he refused I changed password. They also started runecrafting soul runes when the agreement was for blood runes ONLY! He's lied over the past, with what 5-6 different identities that we know about...How did I break TOS when I reached out for a refund first, even when you were caught ban evading and lying about it? Also, I changed password because I didn't want you botting on the account and getting it banned. That seems perfectly reasonable given you are not a trustworthy person.

Okay, so this post is in response to Pushing Daisies abrupt report that he has since gone and posted, %100 by no chance is this report on his own. He obviously has help from someone, but good all the power to him!!

The original agreement between Daisies and i was for me to use the refund money from the cancelled job with Montoya18 and get his skilling finished for him. He offered me part of the refund as a gift for helping him deal with PartyHacks and Montoya18, as seen here:

After the conclusion came to an end in regards to PartyHacks and Montoya18, Daisies pm'd me asking for the $$ back and the convo went like this:

After this conversation took place he opened a ticket in my little server because it's honestly the safest way to trade on Discord, I've attached those transcripts here:

Nowhere in the ticket did Daisies ever request a refund from me.
He also gave me absolutely no notice that he was logging onto the account or changing the password even was i was %110 open with him i had received a ban on Sythe, which automatically breaks my T.O.S.

Instead of talking to me like a grown adult would do he ganged up with some inbred hicks and started to mass spam people in my server like they had some big fucking claim i was scamming him.
DBuffed i'm assuming who led this assault as he reached out like a simp would.

He's claiming i kicked him from the server but i closed the ticket for the transcript and told him we would communicate on the forum now. Yes i said i was going to out him because he offered me part of the refund to help him with the dispute against Montoya and PartyHacks and then pm'd every single person in my server.

I would also like to add that i never had bank access to his account because of the sensitivity of the previous scam and the last photo i have the runes where left in his inventory.
As i said he gave me NO notice at all he was accessing his account and changing his password so i have absolutely no idea what he did with his runes.

I'd like to add it's really really sus how this individual goes from " You're my best friend bro " to he's a scammer, he's an evader when he never even gave me the time to discuss a refund or anything.
I'm all for reporting scammers but in no way is there evidence or proof of there being a scam just a bunch of simps trying to shit on me.

Daisies, i have literally no bank access to the account and as far as the runes are concerned you could very well of banked them, if this is not the case then post a screenshot of the Blood Runes in your bank. I know you haven't played because you went from Montoya to me, other than finishing the kourend elite diary. Pretty easy to add 101k + 39k blood runes in your bank if they're not all there and assuming you didn't drop them either, so why not post that?

You changed your password on April.29th not the 30th as i no longer had access and pm'd you instantly so your timeline is already a lie.
If were going to compare our words, Did you not directly lie to Pirate about a pm you allegedly sent to PartyHacks asking him to start regaining your DWH?

If you even blocked him you have to unblock him to send a message so you either deleted it or you're lying so let's not compare whose word has more value as i've caught you in several lies when working on reporting PartyHacks lol

As per YOUR pm, you asked me to refund you for the work that was completed lol
So i reassured you that everything was okay and your account was safe.
You then went and logged onto your account and you changed your password without telling me a thing. You actually ignored me when i have tried to reach out to you several several times and instead, started pm'ing random users that i was scamming you without giving me a chance to even talk to you.

The amount that you flipflop from one person to another and from one server to another tells me more than enough about who is trust worthy and who is loyal.

Daisies you have issues, that is clear to me. You got scammed and even after being scammed still chose to order 2 services at once swapping back and forth from one to the other on who was on your account at the time, as seen here with Rune Silk Road and S&S;

So when it comes to credibility i really wouldn't compare apples to oranges cause you've done some real ass nine things your self.

Not once did i refuse you a refund, you chose not to speak to me and ran to a report and bashing me, lying your ass off about me scamming.
To this exact moment you're still ignoring my pm's on Discord......i don't know how to help you anymore than i have already man.

 

I'm not sure why you're bringing up stuff from the past; I've never scammed unlike you! It's strange how you referred to us as "friends," but you're using stuff I said in confidence against me. I confess that I have made mistakes, but I also own up to it. And, unlike you, I haven't created countless accounts over a decade to learn the rules. When I make a mistake, unlike you, I will own up to it! What I needed was a refund! Stop using nonsense against me, like claiming I owe you money for obtaining a refund from Montoya; the money was traded to you, and I never saw a penny of it!!

I just CBA, i've offered you a refund numerous times and you just left and ignore me so idfk what you want.

 

No, I was the one who wanted to figure it out. You're the one who's been hurling insults. You haven't even given me a refund... I blocked you because it doesn't seem like there's any point in us talking if you're going to ignore my refund request.

 

It is now the next day and there has been little to no resolution attempting to deal with Pushing Daisies.
We were able to determine that he at some point while logging on the account banked the 39k blood runes.
Giving him a total of 155k blood runes in his bank, “ he states that he did not think to check the bank and saw them gone from the inventory “
To break this one down from 79-88 RC Montoya had collected 101k Blood Runes as per Daisies post. The 39k from when services started with me would put him at 140k bloods.

So that settles the first accusation of me stealing the blood runes and him directly lying in a report.
The soul runes wasn’t going to hurt anything, extra 10k souls never hurt no one so I’m going to dismiss that.
Now onto the refund for the remaining services, I spent all day trying to deal with Daisies and refunding him after him blocking and deleting me over and over throughout the day.
1. I never kicked him or banned him from the server he left on his own free will.
2. He has blocked and deleted me / unblocked and re-added me 3 times yesterday.
3. He ignored my initial request when asking him how he wants to work out a refund.
4. He broke the Terms of Service he agreed to in the server.
5. I was %110 open and transparent with him about the evading ban on Sythe, if I was a scammer I would have just deleted everything and walked away.
6. I tried to reach out again this morning to work out the refund and was met with being blocked.

Any normal person in any normal business would take the refusal to talk as a sign of forfeiting his payment for the services.
I’ve yet to refuse his refund he just chooses not to collect or confirm anything with me.
