    • Report/post/reason that got you banned: I requested an account PayPal chargeback because I was scammed Finalfan7 scammer

    As you can visualize I bought his account in February and by June I attempted to obtain my money after he recovered his account.

    This user applied the same process to PatyPeteShop, he sold him an account and after 3-4 months he recovered… same modus operandi

    • Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: My account was disabled before I was able to get in contact with the scammer and I was travelling at that time.

    • Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:Nothing to confess

    • Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: User Dkay recovered an account I bought from him 4-5 months later, I tried to chargeback via PayPal (lost) and got banned from Sythe. The user Dkay did the same to PartyPeteShop and maybe to many other users… because he had an “account shop”

    Hello King,
    First and foremost thank you for looking into my case - I appreciate it!


    I just wish it would remain clear that just like PatyPete, I was also a victim of Dkay's scams and lost my PayPal Dispute of 140$ plus money/items I had on the account.


    Having that said I don't see the need to be the one to pay PartyPete - I just showcased his thread as an example of how Dkay operated, I don't want to lose extra 140$ ($280 in total) and paying that amount will indicate that Im a scammer, which clearly I'm not.


    I'm sharing the following image with you so you can visualize how I too was a victim of Dkay.

    Apologies for the delayed reply here. Unfortunately we were always on during time-zones that caused us to be unable to message each other within the same time-frame of being online.

    With that being said after further review it seems like there's no debt here. Staff refer to the deleted post above for a translated version of the PP claims.

    In short:
    • You charged back the account payment as you claimed it was recovered (although no report to back up this claim)
    • The person that sold you the account made a report that you claimed the transaction as unauthorized
    • Ultimately you got banned for attempted scam as the chargeback didn't turn in your favor.
    • As the chargeback didn't go in your favor, subsequently you'd have no debt given the circumstances.
    Before I move this into voting I'd like to see if I can get any more information regarding your claim about the account being recovered (even though it may be difficult due to the age of the offence) as it may help your case a bit. Please respond to my recent discord message whenever you're online again, so that we can discuss this further. Thanks for your cooperation.
