Final Fantasy Series

[The Fat Controller]

hey guys sorry i havent been online in a while.

Yeah I heard number 7 was the best one to date, but I never got around to finding it yet. I have 8 and thats pretty fun except it freezes on the first disc at a certain part and it won't go past it. Number 9 is probably the best one I have ever played yet. The 6th in the series is like pokemon graphics lol but I haven't really got far in it, but it has the most playable characters out of any final fantasy game... like 27 or something like that. I still think 9 is the best one I have played so far. I would start playing it again now, but my tv blew up the other day. Extremely upset about that lol.

catchya guys!

If you're having problems getting your copies of Final Fantasy to work, I suggest you download copies of the playstation disc images off the internet and then use an emulator like pSX to play them on your computer.

I've played FF6-10, and I can never choose which is the best. I really don't like X-2 and XII and gave up quite quickly. Still, the music in all of them is top notch, better than any other series I've played. Overall definitely rank as some of my favorites of all time. I love JRPGs, screw Yahtzee's uninformed opinion

Also, if you like FF games, I suggest you look at the list of all the games Square Enix has made:

I recommend Valkyrie Profile, Vagrant Story and Parasite Eve.

My overall favorite was Final Fantasy X. It was the first one I've played, but I spent so much time on it. In my opinion, it also has one of the best storylines. Final Fantasy X-2 was a major let down though; kind of girly too. It did further explain the story though.

Final Fantasy 7 was nice too, although I didn't play it all that much. I wish they would have remade it, I probably would have played it more.

My friend was in love with Final Fantasy VIII. It was alright. My favorite character was probably Zell.

Final Fantasy 12 I didn't really like. The storyline seemed too generic, and a little predictable. The battle system was alright though. It just got boring for me so I couldn't finish it.

I didn't like 3 too much, though 4 through 7 are awesome.

In my opinion Final Fantasy VII was best. There will be a remake for PS3.

Didn't play alot of it,only tried Final fantasy X and X2,or FF6,not sure which one,but somewhere between those lines, the FF6 was better than X2.
