120 in my car, 125 when my friend was driving me back from Taco Bell drunk...

 

been up to 193 when i was around 17 in my dads custom built firebird. of course this was on a dragstrip

 

On the highway, my highest was 120-122mph / 193-196 kph in my 13 Boxster.

This was a one time thing lol as I usually am cautious on the highway. Being pulled over by a trooper for over speeding means you can get arrested if they want to and insurance rates...not worth it. My car is a cop magnet. x.x Usually go only 5-10mph / 8-16kph above the speed limit. The speed limit is 70mph / 140kph.

On the track, I have reached 140mph / 225kph.

 

Is it bad that I never realized there were speed limits on highways?

But I've only hit maybe 90-95MPH consistently though, it's difficult to drive faster than that since all the other cars are so slow..

i think the fastest i went was prob around 90-100mph, but when i was driving with my friend he went like 120mph man, that was fast.

 

145 in my old sts, totaled her drunk later doing about 60 in a residential area. This was all years ago haha

however i was once riding in the back of this brown guys 6 series bimmer when i was in highschool and he was going 230 km/h, and then he got pulled over lol, and he lost his license for like 3 months or some shit

Really only 60? Around here it's 65 but most people drive 75. You won't get pulled over unless you're doing over 80. But if you are you are going to be pulled over so I don't.

I got an 2001 opel astra with 1.2 litre engine, only 75 horsepower so I highly doubt it would go for 150-160

Yeh, engine is low, it's the worst engine that was applied in Opel astra B (2001-2006 I believe?) maybe 10% of them have it

 

I've only gone like 70mph as the speed limit in NJ caps at 65. It was in my brother's Mini Cooper so it was a lot of fun
