    whats the fastest way to acquire this?

    Depends on your stats and gear, but the best spots are usually:

    Daggonoths
    Armoured Zombies
    Guard Monkeys on mm (near altar)
    Soul Wars

    Legit wise, The monkeys next to the altar is great xp.
    I wouldnt recommend soul wars, but it could help too.
