I'm a helper on the SwiftIRC and we get many people coming on unsure of rules, some even from Sythe. This requires me to read up on the rules here so trust me I know what I'm talking about.

You should learn to spell 'bolded' isn't a word in the dictionary unfortunately, I see you're a former moderator and former for a reason it would seem. You should lookup the laws for Australia and United States specifically the privacy laws in the fifth amendment, as this site has to follow these rules due to the location it's hosted in.
