I'm looking for new music, because I spend so much time listening to it that I listen to the same songs over and over. I'm looking for some good hardcore, post hardcore, melodic hardcore or metalcore bands.

I'm looking something that sounds a bit like these bands:
(female singers are also appreciated)

Hardcore/metalcore:
All That Remains, August Burns Red, Darkest Hour, The Devil Wears Prada, Heaven Shall Burn, I Killed The Promqueen, Walls Of Jericho, In This Moment

Post Hardcore:
Chiodos, A Day To Remember, Drop Dead, Gorgeous, Escape The Fate, Eyes Set To Kill, From Autumn To Ashes, From First To Last, It Dies Today, LoveHateHero, The Receiving End Of Sirens, A Static Lullaby, Story Of The Year, Thrice.

Melodic Hardcore:
Evergreen Terrace, Ignite, Rise Against, Stretch Arm Strong, Strike Anywhere, Strung Out, A Wilhelm Scream

Not exactly what you're looking for, but if you like trippy stuff, listen to them.

I personally LOVE trippy music.

If you love trippy music, you should definatly try out some drum and bass. Not my type of music, but it sure is trippy
