I just recently got back on the site yesterday (January 3rd 2018) after not using it in about half a year or so, because I wanted to find some people to game with. This is the only currently available option for me to request any sort-of help, so I feel this thread shouldn’t be closed, especially since I’m following all the standards. I would at least like someone other than @Wortel to see it as he’s sort-of abusing his powers because he believes he is right.

If a staff member could please private message me, I would greatly appreciate it. I can not message anyone, and I don’t know how else to report my problem.

@Wile you can continue to post replies as a guest, your current account was banned in the process of resolving the ban evader report against you.

You posted this earlier, too;

Without looking into all of the evidence, you acknowledge that the accounts stated above are linked by both your own skype and your own ip(s). From this perspective we can only assume those accounts are infact you, unless you have strong evidence to suggest otherwise.


Going forward with the assumption that you can not provide said proof, you'd have to refund the scam that occurred which in turn got the account LAWL banned before we can process your pardon.

I don’t know how this works exactly, so I made a new thread to reply. @Panda I understand that the email account is mine, but like I said, that Skype account is not. I have no way to prove that to be the case, so I understand if you want someone to pay. I would be willing to provide extensive proof of me donating that exact amount to a charity of your choosing, but I can’t and will not donate it to the Sythe, as I truly don’t see it as deserving. At this point in time, I’m being accused of scamming, and no matter what anyone thinks, I would not and did not do that. You don’t have to believe me, but hopefully my offer will show some compromise and good character, and I will get to also help a good cause. Otherwise, you guys can keep me banned indefinitely because I would only send it to the victim (who is a scammer, and I would prefer not to), or some sort-of cause that is agreed upon by staff members.

 

The evidence is too compelling. If you wish to return to Sythe you must admit to your offences.

I will make this extremely clear for you @Wortel. If my information is not redacted in the next 24 hours, I will safely assume that you disobeying my request of privacy and committing an illegal act as the moderator of Sythe, and I will need to make a new account with a fake IP address with the sole purpose of private messaging an administrator to have said information redacted. Defamation is clearly illegal, which I’m sure someone like yourself is aware of. You are making accusations against my character without evidence. This will be my last post from this unregistered account. I hope we can end this on good terms. Goodbye.

Nothing on the report you linked will be censored, threatening wortel just goes to show that this is a waste of time and on top of that grounds for auto denial.
