Great mod for sure very professional and friendly thanks for all the help bud.

 

Been dicing quite a bit lately with him (pretty intense rolls at times ! ). Really great guy and always there for a laugh. Nevertheless he takes his role as a mod seriously. I was more than happy to have this guy by my side when clearing up a scam that was performed on me. Looking forward to playing & working with him in the future!

Instead of asking for other staff input, i'd like you to try making some of the bigger ban decisions around here, ex: FeelsSadMan (I've seen other examples but can't exactly find them, just a thought )

Tbh I literally had 0 problem with you at all until I just saw this:

In which you referenced this:

Sempiternally has over 500 PB reputation and probably $100,000+ in reputation on PB alone and he's being treated like he's a random.

You made a mistake, you did a great job admitting it which I respect, but then you kept sempiternally banned in a report that was resolved.

As far as I'm concerned, if I was sempiternally I would post "it was resolved" and not say a word about it IMO, if he dealt with it and gun was happy with the resolution then staff shouldn't care or need to know about what it was made about, your suppose to be mediators in the case of scams, yet when sempiternally and gun is god didn't need a mediator, your demanding to know why which isn't the right course in my opinon.


Sempiternally especially should not of been kept banned while ur waiting for a response, he's no danger to the community and promptly handed factory new's refund & dealt with the gun is god issue himself.


He's clearly taking the iniative and trying to being a good member and ur treating him like some scamming scumbag, which I don't agree with at all.


I think u not only messed up his 1st ban for 2 weeks, I think ur also currently messing up his second ban aswell.

The Jon messup on ur watch didn't help you either but you were brand new as I understand it and I understand u were gone or whatever during it so I don't blame u there.


Otherwise ur activity & bans/answers have been pretty professional, I overall like you as a moderator especially the fact u admitted u made a mistake, I just disagree with how ur handling that one case.

If you break the rules then you're going to be banned? Why would I treat a user with a good reputation better than a new comer in a bannable situation? They are both breaking the rules so they should both get the same consequence. That's what's flawed about the site. A new-comer could have a little mess up by accident and someone will ban him right away. When a well respected user could have a $500 mess up and not be banned for a few days.

The point of DNT is for the user to not trade via Sythe. He can go through Skpye, PB, Osbot, hell even Forum Korner i could give a shit haha, but just not through sythe. But as you can see something did take place with the user GUN. And i am waiting for clarification on it until i unban him.

 

Well deserved on that promotion btw; you knw when I thought you should of got GFX rather then market mod ;P

Doing a good job, hopefully stay more active with CDT too. Cos I prefer things done ASAP.
