Evidence against Leanbean

Anyone with half a brain can see how incredibly sketchy this entire thing is. It's always better to err on the side of caution. The amount that was scammed should really bring forth a thorough investigation. IE, like what was suggested earlier have him fork over his internet browsing history, if there are any significant time gaps they should be met with a legitimate excuse from leanbean. The rule should be amended immediately to include that it must be a NEW pm from the time of the trade taking place.

In my opinion, he took it. All the excuses don't add up. If this was a civil case, (because most scam reports seem to be held in some sort of Sythe court room) by the preponderance of the evidence leanbean is guilty and should pay this man back or face the consequences.

 

Corrupt? No. It does affect his judgment however.

I agree with this as well, very hard to be unbiased when your judging your own partner. Recusing himself would be the proper call.

If Leanbean can't prove that his Skype was hacked, he should be held responsible. We're not just gonna take your word and be OKAY WITH THIS after your Skype has been hacked and you still CAN'T prove it.

That's right, a ban is the least you could do. Responsibilities still lie with Leanbean.

 

Closing this as there is no evidence provided in this thread, only speculation and accusing of scamming without proof. I reopened Iago's report in the report a scammer section. He is free to add any proof that he wishes there.
