Evidence against Leanbean

It was already closed as a hacking pretty sure. The user made a new one when the shitty verdict came up.

You had some credibility here. But again this should be common sense for EVERY trade as its posted everywhere on the site.

 

The report was closed as it would be with any other user who said their Skype was hacked and there was no PM. Apparently that's an issue. People are free to aid with discussion and present anything that may help with the case.

The PM has to be recent, as all other cases are handled. We already sorted out that you were at fault for not receiving a PM.

Now it's just a case of seeing if Leanbean was actually hacked or not.

The rule says to confirm their skype through PM which he did. And how would we go about checking if his skype was hacked?

 

You need to PM him again. The rule was put in place to ensure you got a PM for every trade to avoid stuff like this.

I think you can contact a skype agent through their live chat, but you have to log into a skype account. I doubt they would give him any information regarding another account, especially since he faked his email at creation.

 

And he did request a PM.. It never says in the rules before every trade.

This is true. Not saying he did.. but he could have.
