Recently like a week ago my computer had gotten the blue screen of death so I decided to reinstall windows but I had very many important documents on it. As I am sitting here now I am wishing I didn't do that, is there any way I can rollback?

I forgot what the program was called so can someone help me out?

I've been feeling sick for a couple days and I can't remember too much and I've been sitting at my computer reinstalling windows over and over :/

You might wana see a doctor...why exactly are you doing it over and over?
Also, there is software you can buy that lets you recover software.

I would like to know what that software is please. I just got about 30 different blue screens of death each with their own different error so this is like a once in 50 boots that worked :/

I'm installing it over and over because everytime there is an error with the install. It rarely installs correctly and when it does then there is a hard drive error :(

I reformatted the PC. I tried using the recovery tool and all that junk on the windows vista cd and I even tried using my Ubuntu live cd to help me with everything. I just want to get my files back I guess. Is there a chance that my hard drive is going out? I've had the hard drive for 1 1/2 years. I want to restore the hard drive to how it was last week or even like 5 days ago would be better. I reformatted it at least 5 times and checked my drive for errors and the results were none :/

Formatting the drive totally wipes it (Well to a basic level any way). You should have backed up everything to an External Drive.

I did back it up on my brothers computer but then I deleted it and it said it was to big for the recycling bin. Yes, I probably shouldn't have deleted it.

BSoD most of the time is a hardware problem and reinstalling the OS wouldnt be of any use. Like people said you files may be recoverable with some software. Well actually everythings recoverable just depends how much you wana spend

If you've re-installed Windows that many times, your data is most likely long gone. If you're constantly getting HDD errors, your hard drive might be on its deathbed.
