Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Yes, in my early days years ago, I've probably participated in some blackhat activities and small dollar scams. This was a long time ago.


Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I'm not quite sure what qualifies as blackhat now these days since I wasn't too informed. I have messed with RATS, booters, keyloggers, phishers, ebooks etc in the past. To clarify, i've tried ratting people before when i was really young. This was done with something like cybergate and a tutorial. I sent it to my friends and family to mess with, and I might've sent it to one or two people. My ratting days was nothing big or successful, but it was still wrong to do. As for booters, about 3-4 years ago, I was partnered with somebody to open a booter website. I did not code any of the booters whatsoever, but I did fund for the hosting/servers. This as well was not very successful and went on for two weeks. Still, this was wrong of me and I should've never done it. The same thing can be said about ebooks, phishers, and keyloggers. I cannot recall who was scammed in the past. It was not many. I have even located a guy down and sent him his money back + extra after 2 years. I'm not that type of person I use to be.

As I've been here longer with Sythe, I've seen people get banned for various things. I've seen people post pardons for things taken place over 3 years ago. I began to become familiar with the rules a lot more and learnt a lot about Sythe. I wish to stay longer with Sythe longer and establish a reputation for myself. I don't want somebody searching my past down and trying to get me banned for something that doesn't represent me anymore. Time has passed and I have changed.

With that being said, that doesn't excuse me for what I've done in my past. So if I wronged anybody, I am willing to work with them and compensate them for anything I've caused directly.

So first you say your brother did the blackhat ventures, now you're saying it was you. Which is it?

 

First of all, I will like to say thank you for your support. I am definitely willing to explain what those reports were.

Those accounts (Credits/rumbleiv) is not me. That is my brother, and I have even gone out of my way to repay anybody that was scammed by my brother. This was covered in my last pardon. I understand that my ip address was connected to my brothers, and i have spoken to him to encourage him to not do it anymore. I understand that it is still my responsibility and that there are many fake stories about their "Brother" doing something. However, I hope you can take my word and believe that that was indeed my brother. If that does not suffice still, my brother goes under the name of Tommy. I can speak to my brother and show you portions of his debit card or birth certificate if it has to come that far. RumbleIV/Tommy/Credits is not me, but i still accept responsibility for the things hes done. My pardon took care of that.

Most definitely not. At the time, my brother had control of my latest hackforums account. I have changed the password and that will never happen again.

I'm not sure if theres any other forums with any sort of blackhat acitivty or scams. I just know that these were the two sites that I used now and then in the past. However, those days are now behind me. If there is anybody who was affected my immature and irresponsible actions, they can just contact me and I will compensate them. The point of this pardon is to put my past behind me and start a new fresh career on Sythe, where I don't have to be worried about being banned. I am looking forward to being part of the Sythe community.


If anybody does not believe my brother story, please allow me to provide some governemnt issue documents. Hopefully though, since my last pardon is approved, you guys decided that my story adds up.

I understand to continue my venture on Sythe then I have to live up to my mistakes and take responsibility for them. Therefore, I have decided to tell the truth whether or not my pardon goes through. I rather not have this haunt me later as I continue to my days on Sythe.
