EOC and how it will affect the community

First of all I would like to say that I haven't really played the game properly since the wilderness was taken away.

I still played and mostly botted and but never followed the updates. In July I started working on a range tank. 99 mage was achieved last month and 99 range was achieved yesterday. I am now working on 95 prayer.

I'm not sure what the EOC update entails I did read a piece on it on rs wiki mostly about dual weapons and the power dealt and speed of the weapons.

Will the update make my range tank useless for pking?

 

It's actually very hard to tell yet. According to what I have been told, no one knows what's going to be nerfed for sure or not yet. Hoping that tanks are not nerfed as I also have a range/mage tank. So far the new combat level system and combat abilities seem very complicated compared to the RuneScape I have been playing for like 7-8 years now or something.

 

Your account won't be bad, you'll just have to turn it into a tribrid main, as with 99 Ranged and high def you will be a very high combat level, and you will be as well getting 99 Att/Str/Prayer/HP/Mage and it won't level your combat any higher.

 

thats effin insanity.
