Hi everyone. After having run my services for a while now I've decided to open up a spot as a worker to free up more time in my personal life. I have always been an individual who has seen quality of service invaluable, therefore all applicants will be subject to a strict trial & acceptance procedure.



What's in it for you?

As a worker of a well respected business in the Barbarian Assault market you will have the opportunity to complete orders for our customers as they are available. You should expect to make anywhere from 1-1.75m/hr and anywhere from 20-80m per month in pure profit. You will receive 85% of an orders payment directly to you upon completion with a further 5% being added to your refundable deposit for when you leave.

As your manager you will be able to ask for any advice and training regarding Barbarian Assault. This training can be offered at any skill level and will be tailored specifically to your needs. You will be given help with your first order and I will be available to help if you have any queries.

On top of all of that, upon passing the the trial & acceptance procedure you will be offered another similar opportunity outside of Sythe giving you the ability to make 1m gp/hr consistently throughout the day. This is unrelated to Sythe services so understand that you will be expected to earn your place there, but you will have strong support from me if you choose to undertake this venture.



The procedure

First off you will be expected to pay a 15m 07gp deposit, 3m of which will be non-refundable once you start completing orders. Payment through the completion of orders is negotiable. Secondly you will be expected to have an account with at least 70 att&str to enable you to easily complete orders for accounts with low stats / defence pures.

Once all these criteria are met you will then be asked to play a few rounds of Barbarian Assault with me to test your ability. If I feel you need to improve you will be provided with a number of video guides to help you achieve this - You will not be given in-depth personal training at this stage, but I will be willing to answer any questions you have.

Once I feel you are at an adequate level of ability you will be asked to pay your deposit. At this point you will be considered a full worker of my services and will be allowed to complete any orders we receive once accepting my TOS.

- Have you ever traded virtual products? I have bought coins, gold and accounts across various platforms (coins for Fifa Ultimate Team, Gold in Runescape/WoW and accounts in Runescape)

- What experience do you have in customer service?

5+ years in a senior retail role. The role was primarily customer facing, and excellent customer service was particularly important due to the pricing of the product which we where selling. Our direct competitor was based in the opposite retail park and offered many of our products at a much cheaper rate. However we where successful due to our better customer service according to many of our customer base.

1 year in a call centre; web chat based. Working for Vodafone UK, my primary goal was to hit key Key Performance Indicators with customers; these where mostly based around sales of mobile phones. Also monitored based on the speed of reply to customers. I was always commended on my speed and efficiency of sale.

1 year in a Retail Supervisory Role. Involved in counting large quantities of cash (Upwards of £10,000+/day) as well as organising staff and providing excellent customer service, as it fell upon myself to show others what was expected.

- Why would you be a great fit at our company?

I believe I could offer excellent customer service, a great attitude and a thorough willingness to learn. Whilst I appreciate that I do not have a huge reputation on Sythe, I am more than trustworthy when it comes to money (as is demonstrated with the above amounts of cash). I feel I can bring my web chat experience into this role and thus ensure that your business' reputation is both maintained and enhanced whilst I am representing you.

Until July, minimum. This is due to me graduating from university at this date. Currently I am available 24/7, however if I where to get a FT job, I would not be able to fulfil the hours every week. However if this role where to evolve into something on a FT basis, I would much rather keep going, as ultimately I would like to be involved with making money through online gaming.
