Trial Process:

1.) Trials

i. Expectations

During your trial phase, you are expected to be fully cooperative in accepting any orders given to you. You won’t complain about the work, and you will get it done in a timely manner. You also will be extremely active and not slack off.

2.) Trial Payment/Security

Before entering the trial phase, one must provide the following:

i. Form of Identification

The reason we require a form of ID is simply because, we aren’t just dealing with Runescape GP. This is a real business where real money is being dealt with. If you are proven guilty of scamming and/or stealing from this business, we will have to take significant measures such as involving any relevant authorities to help resolve the investigation.

ii. Safety Deposit

Secondly, we require a safety deposit of $100 via PayPal, Western Union, Player Auctions or Skrill (MoneyBookers). This payment can also be paid in 07/RS3 GP. If paid in cash, members will receive a full refund if they deem to leave UPS or fail the trial process. If paid in Runescape Gold, members will receive 80% of their deposit back when they leave.

For those of you who cannot afford these safety deposits, do not fret. We offer you the ability to complete orders towards your payment. Once you have fully paid off your safety deposit, you then will begin making money for yourself.

3.) Trial Phase
Your first step of being part of Ultimate PRO Services is making it through our rigorous trial phase.
We’ve created this process to find the perfect matches to work here at UPS; workers who are willing to be active, efficient, friendly and just all around a good person. This process will test your skills in your desired field, questing or skilling, or perhaps both, and determine how quickly and efficiently you can get your orders done. We’ve broken this process up into four stages to better help you understand how it works.

i. Stage One --- Test Account
In this stage, trials will be provided a blank account fresh off tutorial island, with no items except some cash to get you started. Our executive managers will provide you with several tasks to complete within one week. Failing to complete these tasks in the allotted time frame will result in an automatic failure of the trial process.
An example of a task would be to complete the following quests; Waterfall, Witch’s House, Lost City, Tree Gnome Village, The Grand Tree, Fight Arena, Dragon Slayer
Trials must also record any tasks they do on the test account to be reviewed by our executive managers; this includes both skilling and questing.

ii. Stage Two --- Voting Process

After completing the test account without any noticeable struggle, trials will move on to the voting process. This process is done by our four executive managers, as well as the manager in your respective field. You will be graded on essentials such as: Time Management, Customer Service, Speed, Resourcefulness and Activity. You will be rated out of 10 in each of these fields, for a maximum of 50 points per voter, or 250 total.
To pass the voting stage, trials must compile a score of 200 or better, out of a possible 250.

iii. Stage Three --- Acceptance
Congratulations! If you’ve made it this far, you can now officially call yourself part of UPS! For the following week after your acceptance, you will be shadowed by a veteran crew member to help improve any weaknesses you might have. After this week, we will ask you to take a brief quiz that tests you on general RS knowledge. Getting anything higher than an 80% will be deemed CREW-worthy. If failed, don’t worry, you’ll just need to do a few more days of training and will get to retake the quiz.
