Eminem new album?

Just heard a rumor floating around.. is it true? Could be another spoof but was just wondering.

 

You mean Detox? Apparently it was canceled by Dr. Dre.

 

Not sure of the name of the album, why would Dre cancel an album?

 

Detox is not the album he's currently working on. As of june he's still working on the album and I don't think he's released the name yet.

 

Hmm, still rumors. Well hopefully it'll go through.

 

I didn't know he was working on a new album, I can't wait to hear it.

I think what you guys mean is his Slaughterhouse project, it's essentially a group album with a collective associated with Eminem and featuring him. It has Royce Da 5'9 and some of the old crew.

Other than that, I haven't heard anything about a new Eminem album.

 

Eminem confirmed on May 24th he is working on his own solo studio album, while also helping on Dre's Detox and working on the Slaughterhouse project. I doubt Em's album will be out for a year or two, however.

I hope he is, best rapper, only rapper that is good in my opinion.

 

I thought recovery was meh, I hope he steps up his lyricism this time around. Still miss the Slim Shady LP & Marshall Mathers LP era.

 

He said he was finishing up the Slaughterhouse album and is then working on his next solo.

I enjoyed Recovery and Bad Meets Evil. I'm not saying I like it more than old Eminem, but I guess I kinda grew up and changed with his music.

I'd like to see only a few, but solid features (Nas, Jay-Z, Dr Dre, Obie and Joe Budden and maybe 50, depending on the type of song).

 

If you guys having checked out the new slaughter house album that eminem worked on you should it a very solid album.
