Elevement precaution

TL;DR version :

@elevement has been using our payment information without notice to us.
Apparently he has been using our PayPal and other payments for around 6 months according to a user who recently has been scammed/ghosted by @elevement

An investigation is ongoing if he was blatantly outsourcing everything trough us or just buying gold using alt discord accounts.

Nevertheless this is putting us at risk and at the very least a terrible business practice not making us aware of this.

Explanation of the trade:

@elevement has been asking his customer(s) to pay on our paypal address and potentially other means of payment, without informing us or the customers.
We today received a claim from one of these customers of his, asking if he is even associated with us, since he scammed them X amount of USD and gold.

after digging trough transactions, the ticket mentioned above, (See Deleted) , came up.
in here he clearly states he is waiting for his "partner" to send the money.
Later down the ticket he also obviously outsources a goldsale trough us.

The customer of @elevement claims he already been advertising our paypal email for ~ 6 months at this point.

How they scammed:We personally are not affected YET, however due to the uncertainty of the amount of transactions funneled trough us, we are standing at a risk of chargebacks.
He HAS scammed the customer displayed in the screenshots. I am currently awaiting screenshots and will update the report once i receive these.
the customer that we are aware of now is a liability to us of over 200$ already.

We demand a full breakdown of all outsourced transactions @elevement has funneled trough us, including proof of completions of these orders, so we can protect ourselves on paypal in case of chargebacks.

We currently are aware of 3 transactions, over a timespan of more than 2 months. this leads to believe there will be plenty of others.
