TheGlacier.com - using our brand

bit of a weird one here, but felt it's appropriate to post.

@TheGlacier.com has been making and selling accounts using our email extension, @primalrs.com without our knowledge.
Considering we are a known brand at this point, he is putting our good name at a risk by pretending the accounts came from us.

Personally, I'd like an extensive list of accounts sold and a clear note that there's no association between those accounts and us.
It's only a matter of time before his customers are going to attempt to resolve issues trough us.

I created these accounts to sell you, but when I completed them, I saw a post in your group that you have stopped doing account tutorials and are doing tutorials on your own created accounts.Then I thought that these accounts are now useless and I should use them for my own use. Because you stopped buying accounts. and I didn't create it thinking that I would use your mail to sell accounts to anyone else, I wanted to create tutorial accounts for you and I didn't see anywhere that no one else can use your brand name, maybe I made a mistake in seeing it?
As you are saying I am selling your accounts using your brand name but I have not sold anyone yet and the first offer I gave you was to buy tutorial accounts from me because they are your brand name.

Why would I do that and sell an account in your brand name? I have already told you that I was going to sell you by creating tutorial accounts, but at that time you stopped buying and now I know that all these accounts are registered so why would I spoil my customers and why would I build and sell accounts when this mail is not secure for me?

I would have had to wait a year to spoil the name If my intentions were bad, would I have contacted you?

Looked into that account.
You had made a couple of builds for us in the past, however the current logins had not been approved.

Just randomly making accounts for people, using the branded emails and then "forcing" them onto us is an interesting business concept.

 

The staff team discussed this a little.

In short, @TheGlacier.com you are not allowed to sell any osrs with the "@primalrs.com" in the login of the account, and doing so may incur consequences if you are found to be doing so also @Primal is not responsible for assisting with any of the accounts nor is he responsible for any of accounts.

I/we don't think a punishment is necessary here though as it appears @TheGlacier.com has no bad intentions here.
