Staff do not adjudicate in private, whenever you do have time, carefully read the stickies and make a proper report. If the user is already banned, it will be added to his ban reason and that debt will have to be cleared should he wish to return to sythe.

User had plenty of time to come around and respond to the reports but it looks like he decided otherwise, therefore he may explain himself in a dispute. I'm sorry for your loss.
