Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

Eldorado restricted the user (Legacy_Vault on Sythe) account and payout on Eldorado.gg platform due to an identity verification mismatch detected in our internal records. The identity used during the initial verification at registration did not match the identity later presented by the person using the account. This is a standard trust-and-safety measure to prevent account takeover, account transfers, or third-party verification abuse and to ensure payouts are made only to the verified owner.

We repeatedly requested a brief clarification from the user on how the initial verification was completed. During the earlier stage of the dispute, the user publicly described the restriction as a “random hold of funds,” which led to the DNT.

After further communication, the user provided clarification confirming that multiple people were involved in the account setup/verification process before they used the account (including their brother and other third parties attempting verification). This directly explains the mismatch and supports that the restriction was not random, but a justified compliance/safety action based on verification inconsistency.

Despite the ToS breach (account transfer/third-party verification), we are now proceeding with a one-time withdrawal exception to resolve the remaining balance, and the account will remain suspended afterward.

Given the above, we believe the DNT was based on incomplete information and a misunderstanding of why the restriction occurred. We request that the DNT be reconsidered/removed now that the user has confirmed the underlying cause of the restriction.

P.S. The user has also stated in our support communication that they have shared the full context with a Sythe moderator/admin and requested that the DNT be reconsidered/removed in light of the clarified verification history.
