Editing Java coding (possible to hack the game)

Thats just completely stupid!

Client side editing will not gain you anything in Runescape (It's on the SERVER)

And as Covey said, there packets would be encrypted to a high level, so good luck with sending those 'commands'.

Shit people have way to low IQ these days.

yea download PHLAK0.3 its free because its linux and its a live CD meaning you can carry it around with you get on a computer put it in the disk drive, restart the computer and now you have linux running by totally ignoring their hard drive. It comes with dozens of penetration testing tools and sniffers. including nmap and a bunch of other shit. It will be all you need. (phlak.org)

where did u get that stupid information at? lol

wow,

"69.3.156.13 ::item,55,Blue,Partyhat,A nice hat from a cracker."

nowhere near buddy...
IF anything
it would be like

"69.3.156.13 ::^#*55*....."

dont be an idiot.....

"item 55" woudlnt be defined by "item"

and 55 would contain all the needed information such as, "blue" and " partyhat" lmaoo

nub

gfu on the toilet

Thirdly, ill just point out that the packets sent from client to server and vice versa are encrypted, so even if it were as simply as sending :item 234 etc it would have to be encrypted.

Only certain packets are encrypted, not all of them.

I believe the only encrypted packets are the login ones. The normal ones just have a structure which you would have to figure out. Not too hard if you manage to identify the "opcodes" (still doesn't mean you can "hack" runescape, only make a packet bot).

This is completly false

As soon as i read this, i knew this just isn't true:

Jagex would simply not ask for money to unlock an account. Debate me all you like on this point, but its plain and simple. They will not take / ask for money.

Secondly i would like to point out that those files that runescape stores on your computer aren't made when you make a runescape account. They are downloaded when you load a RuneScape world.
If you choose "Unsigned Java", these files are not loaded onto your computer, and that is the reason you have to completly download the game code each time you use unsigned java.

Thirdly, ill just point out that the packets sent from client to server and vice versa are encrypted, so even if it were as simply as sending :item 234 etc it would have to be encrypted.

The more i study that text the more points i find to prove its complete bullshit, anyone here with any knowledge of Java will agree.

Wow tbh he just raped you.
you will never hack rs get over it :)

Oooh you guys sound smart i got no i dea what ur talkin about :)

I highly agree. RuneScape uses RSA and ISAAC Encryption with their own key pairs, so you'll either spend the rest of your life trying to bruteforce the key pair or just go and die. And your friend is an idiot. There is no ::item command, only ::noclip and ::fpson, ::fpsoff and are only allowed to be used by Administrators. I even used BCEL to check for LDC's which pushed "::item" in the client. Epic failure.

o great ruin the game for people who play it.

wow. thats great! Good luck with that? And you you just go to like "Run" and then type in -netstat or somthing and it shows the ip that your on?

Well good luck with that!
