    Eating/sleeping Problem.

Ok I know Im training to become a Psychologist, and Im very intelligent, and I am offering my advice to others, but thinking about it, I do have a Eating Problem, and I am not fat.

I don't want to seem pathetic, but Im far from fat, I have a six-pack, im muscly but I think I have a serious issue with eating...

    Average day;

I wake up, Get a drink, have a pee, and get in the shower, drive to the shop, buy 40 cigs, before heading off to college.. once Im at college, I'll smoke around 35 Cigs per day AT college alone, give 5 out roughly to friends who are on their arses with cash, and just stand around smoking or drinking.

End of college I go to the pub with them, have a couple of drinks, if not, I go to the gym with a few of my boyz, and train...

After that I'll go to my gf's house, see how she's doing, invite her over, if she's busy or she's not in, I will come back home, turn my Pc on, go on Facebook, Runescape and Sythe..

    -SLEEPING DISORDER COMES IN NOW-

I will then Get a drink, back upstairs and continue with my FireCape orders, roughly till around 4am GMT, before going to sleep to be up at 8 for college.

Anyone noticed anything yet? I havn't had food, yet Im overweight because of my muscles, Im not fat at all, yet Im not feeling hungry, If some food is put infront of me, I cannot touch it unless I know I have to, if I have a severe headache or bad stomach pains...Im apparently a Imsomniac too, Cannot sleep because I prefer to stay online talking to friends etc.

Advice would be nice. :) Anyone need any other advice? check my thread, happy to help y'all. :p

You smoke 35 cigs. Smoking kills your appetite. You don't eat because you smoke so much.

Sleeping disorder is probably caused by your eating / smoking problem, also, try turning off your router/computer. Make sure your room is completely dark, and attempt to go to bed at like 2:00 Am-ish. Go lower each week/night.
Don't drink anything before bed. Eating/drinking will not help

But yeah, cut down on the cigs (When I say cut down, I mean like... 5 a day?) and your appetite will come back.

As Ben said, you drastically need to cut down on the smoking. You will be far far better off with a regular eating schedule and not so much smoke in your lungs all day. Hope you make an effort to cut back a bit :)

As the others said, you're smoking a ridiculous amount and suppressing your appetite.

Not only that, 35 cigarettes a day will do some drastic damage to your lungs and the rest of your body.

Cut down on the drinking and smoking. Try to eat something at least. Also, try drinking some warm milk before going to sleep. I used to go to sleep around 3am on a school night because I couldn't sleep.

Some warm milk always helped me. :)

I don't believe the smoking is an issue, but more-so the metabolism. You seem to not be on a good diet, for one thing. Myself, I smoke around 20 cigarettes a day, but I also eat 3 times a day and keep myself in shape. My suggestion to you is to -always- make certain you eat breakfeast. Breakfeast is one of the most important meals of the day. It helps open up your stomach for the meals to come and gets your body's regular functions to begin, such as your metabolism.

Drinking and smoking as a combonation is very unhealthy, however, as said above. It would never hurt you to cut it down a bit, and I hope that you can find a medium between your issue now and what it needs to be so that you can further improve your health.

    Good luck.

Thanks for all the feedback, I have tried a numerous things before with no success, and with smoking, I think the only way I can cut down is if I find out I would die if I don't cut down xD

[LIE] I'm a doctor [/LIE] If you don't cut down on the smoking, you will die in a few years.

Seriously though, cut down, or remove from your life the smoking and drinking.
As stated above; warm milk is the best for getting to sleep :).
And for the eating, try at least to have breakfast!

    Eating/sleeping Problem.

Smoking might not kill you right away, but it kills slowly and it doesn't just kill you, the smoker. It kills the people around you.

My father has been smoking for 35 years. It hasn't killed him and he doesn't have cancer, but I think I might get it, because for the last 15 years, I've been a passive smoker.

So it will definitely kill you sooner or later. If you can't quit just like that, take it slow. Slowly try and reduce.

    Eating/sleeping Problem.

Smoking hurts your eating. Try not drinking before going to bed. Give it some time before getting it out of your system. Also eating before does help but make sure it doesnt have sugar or anything. I had both for a while when i started to eat more it helped my sleeping. This worked for me... Try eating a little more each day until you are happy with your meal. I am in no way a doctor and i would see a doctor if I were you.

    Eating/sleeping Problem.

Does anyone else think it slightly amusing that a person with a severe addiction and therefore a very weak personality is going to become a psychologist?

Also, you seem to be under the impression that you have large muscles and don't eat anything. Any high school biologist can tell you that if you don't eat anything, it is impossible to gain muscle.

I think you are either extremely skinny and think that because your "six pack" is visible due to malnutrition, it makes you "muscly"; or you actually eat a healthy amount.

    Eating/sleeping Problem.

When you say "Eating Problems" Do you mean "You don't eat"? As not once did you say anything about food.

Your smoking 35 cigs a day "This reduces the urge to eat"
It is same as drinking. And while you are being active and doing stuff you don't think about eating.
