dox a guy for me

some dude scammed me on craigslist and sold me a broken tv. i just have his phone number and town he lives in. can probably get his license plate too since he drove onto my university's campus and there's a ton of cameras. can anyone dox this guy for me and figure out where he lives?

I think you’re onto something. Triangulating seems to be less accurate than using a square shape so I’m gonna be as accurate as possible and use 4D tesseract to determine the location.
