    How they scammed: Sent me a dud email wipe link after I sent payment and went Ghost Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

    Do not cancel the backcharge, otherwise you will not be able to re-open the case. I have a feeling he's going to run after you close the charge. In addition to this, I am pretty sure the seller has an option to choose the case is resolved or to refund you. Whatever you do, keep the case open and do not close it !
