Don't use GameTradeEasy

gametradeeasy.com got hacked and was hosting a fake page. You can view the archived proof of this here: archive.is/gFHI8
After talking to customer support on their live chat they told me they are not going to pay a penny for "my mistake" even though the scam page was hacked on their domain. Personally, I think customer support knows about this and are only using it on players trying to sell a lot of RSGP for BTC.

As a result of someone hacking their website and embedding a fake gold sales page, I got scammed for 1593M. They are blaming me saying that this is my fault even though it was their website that got hacked. I am really upset over this.

Update: They link that the scammer gave me no longer works, there is no longer a scam page. The scam page stopped working right after I sent them a link to this Sythe post. They are still refusing to refund me even though their site allowed scammers to post their own content.

 

User has been DNT'd and seems inactive so I highly doubt he will respond, but I will give him a chance to elaborate here.

@Miles94 Do you have any proof of trading this large sum of gold over? Or at least any chat log recordings of the live chat? I just find it suspicious that you have all these screenshots of the webpage, but no proof of any amount of gold being traded over.

 

just so you know theres another report open on easyrsgp with the exact same scam im pretty sure they made these fake websites themselves with an exploit on the site in attempt to extort them for money.

 

Yes. That is why I am asking for proper proof, we are aware of the other situations.
