www.rsneeds.com is a scam

Scammer's profile link: They do not have a profile this is a warning to all users to not use the site
Explain the service: they do inferno cape services and claim to have 3.5b+ xp gained in powerlevelling , i was about to use their service but then i looked up and their website is only a few days old and they claim to be in this business for a long amount of time yet they have no sythe and cant give any proof that they have been up for as long as they say.

Do not use them ALWAYS use trusted sythe members !!
was banned shortly after in their livechat for asking for more information on their site
