Does such RSPS Exist?

Basically, i want to practice PVM'ing, im sick of dying and burning through supplies on OSRS, is there a private server that exists i can practice on?

I've tried a couple of servers, but i don't want maxed combat, because its not realistic, i don't have max stats in OSRS!

Basically, is there a server i can level up quick to same OSRS stats i have, but then once i have them stats, i want to be able to freeze my stats so i don't level up. The ability to get gear quickly so i can get straight into it.

Does a server exist where i can freeze my stats, or level up at normal rate once i have the stats i want, and have PVM bosses?

The time you spend pvming on osrs is worth the loss unless you are training your account while also in a rsps. Ikov is good, and there are a few others.
