Does Claim And Cancel Via Paypal work?

Pretty much. I want to sell gold through paypal. If I have them do the claim their money, then cancel the claim, does that work? I mean, will they EVER be able to claim their money AGAIN??

Nothing is fool proof when selling mills via paypal. Use Player Auctions but there will be a fee. Also this is the wrong section
