Drop parties in Seers were the best, actually could get lucky and find a massive drop party with no advertising

 

honestly, i think i liked the old runescape alot better. it was much easier to commit transactions, but a lot riskier on top of that. regardless, i think it was still better.

 

Whips were never 100M ea. I forget who was first to 85 slayer, but he was selling them 40M each the day he got 85 slayer. 40M back then was like 200M now, though.

Do you remember taking the zamorak wine and being trapped/killed by the monks if someone shut the door on you as a a loor? Or someone trimming your armor? (I never fell for that one ).


Old RS was an actual hard game. Learning from experience and not reading the fucking Knowledge Base or w.e.

 

There were so many stupid scams back in the day haha. I remember a good friend of mine who lived across the street used to always do this one scam before trade limits where he'd say he was buying full rune for 1M, and after the kid puts up the rune he'd take down a certain amount to make it like 10004 or something, and the kid with the rune would still be all like "OGM 1M!111 *acceptacceptacceptaccept*" and he'd get full rune for 10k haha.

Yeah, me and my friend on the first day of our membership we stumbled upon a few level 120's+ maybe about 8? In seers party room I clicked the chest and there was about 8 party hat's in there.

I sadly didn't get anything, they were much too fast.

Also, who remembers the MASSIVE wars that use to happen in 40+ wildy on weekends in F2P, I swear on my looter I looted over 40M of GP there... it was amazing how high level's would kill people in full rune and leave it on the ground Same with the natures, I once looted about 3k natures at once.
