Do you like writing essays for your studying?

To me, writing essays is the worst thing I can do when I am studying or reviewing.

its much easier for me to remember bullet points rather than writing walls of texts.

 

I love writting essays, but only for my pick-up blog. When it comes to uni stuff - hell no..

I find that for memorization, really anything you do that organizes information in logical flow helps. Essays are probably not the most time effective way to do that though lol. In my experience recording myself explaining something works well enough.

 

What about taking notes in a notebook? Never heard of someone recording themselves, wanting to memorize.

 

I know some old blockmates of mine used to record our whole discussion so she could later on write it down in her notebook. She had latin honors, so I guess its effective.

I do write down notes, but very short ones and straight to the point.

 

Writing notes is fine, but for me, it's more of a preliminary step towards the actual studying process. Note-taking is quite a non-repeatable task given the time investment required, especially once you start having to memorize large amounts of information. Not to mention, in my experience, recalling bits of information is much easier when I've already verbalized it in some manner.

This is all anecdotal, though.

 

Generally no but I find it tolerable if the subject is one I am interested in.

Essays seem like a waste of time to study with, although i can bang one out pretty quick. I would just prefer writing bullet points.

 

I can not say that I like to write essay, but I deal with it. In any case, I found a way out. When I have difficulties and do not have time, I always use the services of a expert writing service They work professionals and always their work at a height

 

I can not imagine my studying without writing essays..

 

I mean if I was to study I feel like writing an essay after you think you know the material could be a good tester in itself. But i’s Prefer to right bullet points and keep writing them down over and over again.

 

I used to write essays in school , but after while or lets say age im done with it. So no anymore

 

As I continue to burn through my degree I come to realize that I learn more doing the assignments or essays then I do from the teachers.

I'm getting bored during essay writing. It was simple task for me few years ago but not anymore. I guess that's just because I'm so lazy boy. That can be only my opinion but I thing essay writing is just time wasting when it's not necessary for your study. For example I was studying math and physics most of all and essay was not my usual task so I asked for some help here to avoid writing and save my time for something more important
