    do you hate your job
    If you're negligent in your assessment of the site and miss some kind of 'safety issue' which later causes a serious accident to a worker can you or the company you work for be liable / vicariously liable?

    I'm going to answer for him, yes. It's HIS job to make sure everyone, and everything is safe. If something is not pointed out, and something goes wrong, he will be the FIRST one they go to.
