There was a general reluctance at that point because KN had already scammed and the victims mostly accepted that they weren't going to get repaid, or were told by KN explicitly that he wasn't going to pay them. I appreciate you handling the report, but here is the original report:

There wasn't a reluctance to try to present sufficient evidence - Unb4nn3d quickly and aggressively turned the report against me. When another mod was requested to handle the case since Unb4nn3d & I aren't too fond of each other's previous business affiliates, the report was locked and archived. That was extremely unprofessional & it allowed KN to get hundreds more dollars in scams before his ban. Jack Goff was helpful, persistent even, when handling the report.

I find the staff response tends to be really frustrating when dealing with reports that concern others in the same market as mine, particularly in the cases of KN and BBB because there is overwhelming proof in one direction (self incrimination in both cases), but I am asked to provide more on top of what is already established as fact. When I provide an overwhelming amount of evidence and respond to false allegations made against me (which proof is never posted of in the first place), I get a reputation for being the guy that you tl;dr.

I could go on but I'm not going to bother since it would fall on deaf ears, unless I persisted, which isn't worth it.
