Do Void Range Rushers Own?

[PK THE D-J]

I'm planning to make a void rusher, but my question is, do they own? Is it worth it? Any other feedback would be helpful.

Stats im looking at:

70 Ranged
42 Defense
44 Pray

Using D Bow.

[Toucher]

Im making a void rusher and recently has seen a spike in them

They are currently doing really well

I also see that getting 60 attack for d claws would be a BONUS
