I'm not sure if someone has said this or not, but it is absolutely not the bots fault. It is the fact that you had 10-15+ accounts signed on from one IP address all at the same time. How can you expect not to get banned?

Because they don't just sit there and monitor everyone's Ip... he could have been at a public place, it's not THAT suspicious.. :/

Definitely has nothing to do with Ip at least in my case. I always thought potato farming had a high ban rate. In the future always check to make sure the script you choose is updated regularly/recently.

Absolutely wrong. Jagex doesn't ban people based off of their ip.
Panic you should have said something, i knew cactus was really high banrate :'( sucks :/.
Not all of the free ones are bad though, there are only a few which are highly monitored/detectable.
 
I lost my almost non-combat maxed skiller due to TRYING a free powerbot script, NOT WORTH IT. It's not the websites guys, its the scripts, you get what you pay for, just pay for the script, you wont regret it.
 
Yeah, goldfarming... I dk about that on Rsbuddy but I've used some of their free scripts for skilling for 2-3 weeks without a ban
 
Sucks, i've runned a free mining bot for about 2 weeks, and i got banned aswell.
You should of invest $25 more in a paid script :(
 
This was not the fault of rsbudfy, rather the script you were using.

Sorry, I'm not quite sure what RSbuddy scripts have to do with this.

From what I just read, you started your 'bot farm' before you started browsing the RSbuddy forums and checking out their free scripts.

So unless you had initially started using their free scripts, then 30-45 minutes after you had started your 'bot farm' you decided to browse RSbuddy forums and free scripts, then your topic title would relate to your story.

Otherwise RSbuddy's free scripts have been great for me.

Besides one incident which got me banned because I used some amateurs Auto RangeGuild instead of putting the effort into searching for one that I am familiar with, my experience with RSbuddy's free scripts have been good so far.

Anyway, better luck with your 'bot farm' next time.

By the way, did you purchase a VPS(s) too?

I just suicide botted 90-99 mage using gatestones. It's been 4 days since then and i'm still not banned, so... i'm not sure what the deal is?

Did you do it in the dungeoneering world?
 
It depends on the script. I got banned using a range guild bot, and got banned after 5 hours. I've used plenty of Rsbuddy's free scripts, and I've been fine ever since.
