Do 2 computers using same modem share the same ip ?

just wondering if two seperate computers using the same modem router thing hooked up by ethernet cables use the same ip ?

Yeah they do unless you are using a Proxy or something.

You can, it doesn't depend on having the same IP.

 

dont need different pc's just use 2 different clients

 

well i tried logging in thorught the rsbot client and the normal runescape clients and it said to many connections from your ip ..

i was only logged in on one acc

 

no you cant log into 1 acc from two computers...-.-

 

But you can log in the same house as I use my laptop to xfer

 

or to xfer you can open firefox then windows on the same computer. works fine

Proxy's don't mean you no longer share your IP address, it's simply masked. If someone connects through a proxy to a website that has a decent administrator, it's easy to find the person's original address..

For your runescape purposes just click really fast on two different windows, or use something like surfagain.com (online, free, safe, proxy)

You're talking about two runescape accounts on the same IP right? As long as the computer is different, you should be able to. Also, there use to be a glitch where if you clicked "login" quickly on two separate internet windows and two separate accounts, but on the same computer, it'd log them both in.
