What i've said isn't incorrect. 99% of the time Richard does whatever the fuck without listening to anyone else's opinion. I was simply arguing the 1% of the time he may take someone else's opinion into account, they probably have a staff rank.

The majority of the community wasn't drama banned, a lot of users who were unbanned weren't banned for drama related reasons. If someone was banned for a legitimately drama related reason, a non-rule, or a rule that's no longer a perm ban offense I don't even see why they should have to pardon let alone be placed into DNT. A user who was perm banned for porn (multiple of them actually) was placed into DNT even though it's no longer a perm ban offense. As long as the account is secure given recent DB leaks, I see no problem with a full unban. This is the same for other people banned for triggering Big Rich, etc. Many drama related bans are for non rules and there shouldn't be an issue with unbanning them. For many of the ones that are drama bans but associated with actual rules, I highly doubt there'd be a huge issue with them being pardoned anyways unless they've done something else.

Pretty sure you have to ask Big Rich himself, an admin, or post in the dispute/request help forums.

Although i'd prefer full on removal, i'd be happier with this than I am with the current state of things and zero repayment. Unfortunately Richard and Shin have declared that staff should not be in charge of forcing people to pay anything back and as a result they're just going to let DNT users get around to it when they're well and ready, which is by far one of the major points that this system implementation fucked up at.
