Divine/Rsgoldfund false advertising

was bumped 14 minutes ago and is the top thread in the section. In the bump Divine classifies the website as online, and in the thread layout it states rsgoldfund has a 24/7 livechat.

yet when I went over to their website they are offline.

Clearly this is an injustice and abuse of the false advertising rule.

I believe he should be punished as outlined in the rules and the clarification here .

A stricter enforcement of the False Advertising rule
