Disputing a ban

This was a few years ago and the thread showed that i may of been hacked. Wasnt able to appeal this because i didnt know about it and when i found out i was unable to post a thread due to not able to make an account. Well, I was wondering if i could get my account unbanned since this was awhile ago, on skype. My skype has been on/off with being hacked due to malicious links being sent to me. I have made prior security adjustments to prevent this.
