Disputing my ban lol?

I got banned about a month back for under bidding rune metrix on his forum replies, he ticked me off as he was following my sythe movements and offering his services everytime I did, so I retaliated and have since learnt my lesson, I ban evaded so that I could sell gold (which I do regularly) and need to be able to report someone if they scam me. I felt it was safe to return to sythe as both my account and the account I ban evaded on were both lifted. Confused as to why I am perm banned for making a mistake I obviously won't do again.

 

You have scammed as can be seen here: hempstaaaar Scammed me 90m OSRS. You must refund to said scam victim and properly file a pardon with the required template. Have a nice day.
