Disputing JokkeW ban

I have been banned for false vouching.
My friend made me join yesterday while i am at his place because i had been doing services for him and other friends for quite a while now he said ill make you a sythe account and help you out...

Yesterday i did some services and got all good feedback from them but since my friend vouched something in the lines of that i did services for him outside of sythe i got a ban for false vouching ?

I / he did not know this what agaisnt the rules so excuse me / us...

i was just getting started as my first day
Maybe just remove the vouch and can the ban be lifted ? Acc name = JokkeW

You cannot vouch for your friend on their home IP, this falls under self vouching. Reason being, staff cannot verify if your account is actually a new user or just your friend building up fake vouches. If you wish to vouch for your friend you'll have to have a legitimate trade and vouch from him on an account you made at your house.
