I am disputing for frosty teh snowman.

Reason for disputing: Kevin contacted me on Skype saying he was the frosty teh snowman account owner and that he was hacked. You can check IPs on the account if you want but Kevin and I reached a compromise and he is going to give me $20 PayPal and gift me $20 worth of Riot points in 2 weeks as repayment for the scam. If you could review this and do what you must i'll keep you updated on the repayments.

Check ips logged to the account i don't truly know if it was hacked but the way he talked it seemed like he was.

cmon everyone else is getting replies except for this I am disputing for a guy that I got banned i don't understand why there is no action being taken on this

It's excellent that he's paid you back, however the IP from the day you were scammed matches back to the IP from months before. It was him, he'll need to request a high pardon and hopefully be allowed back. However we now know that he has paid back partially what's been scammed. Let him know that he needs to post a high pardon once he's fully paid you back. Thanks W0lf.
